The ozone product will be delivered within as attached quotation (weeks) after confirm of order. If the offer allows for local delivery and it will not include outside islands and Lantau I sland. The delivery of product is assumed that the user provide free of charge access and no need to use special cran e or other additional facilities. Overseas delivery will be quoted separately.

The warranty allows for the product’s workmanship and material quality ONLY and does not cover defects due to fair wear and tear, glass breakage, improper use /installation /operation. Any further claims due to delivery defects beyond the above warranty claims, in particular any liability for indirect damage sustained by the customer or a third party as a result of using a defect product are herewith expressly excluded.

The Defect Liability Period of the product will be 12 months after date of delivery or3000 working hours as per the hour counter built in. All ozone machines are not designed for continuously running without break. Ozone machines have to work with timer control with continuous working hours not more than 4 hours. DLP for o zone
sensors and other gas or water measuring sensors are limited to 6 months. During the DLP, all service and parts are free of charge, except th e malfunction or defect is caused by reasons other than the product itself.
